These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Tiny Haven Nursery ("we," "our," or "us") as described herein. Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Delivery Arrangements

For accurate delivery charges, we recommend proceeding to checkout. Shipping charges are determined based on your delivery location and order value.

  • Orders totaling £49.99 or less are subject to a flat rate delivery charge of £3.99.
  • Orders with a total value of £50 or more include free delivery.
  • Addresses outside mainland UK, including the Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Sicily, Jersey, Guernsey, and BFPO, may incur a surcharge.
  • Deliveries are carried out between 8 am and 10 pm. In some cases, a signature may be required.
  • If you're unavailable, the courier may attempt delivery to your neighbors or, if a signature isn't required, find a safe place to leave your parcel.
  • Deliveries outside the UK may take up to 10 working days or longer.

2. Standard Delivery or Free Delivery

  • Selecting "Standard Delivery" or "Free Delivery" for a UK Mainland address typically results in dispatch the following working day, with delivery within 1-4 working days.
  • For delivery to areas such as the Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Sicily, Jersey, Guernsey, and BFPO, please allow up to 10 working days.
  • For deliveries to Ireland, allow up to 20 working days for your order to arrive.

3. UK Next Day Delivery

  • We charge a flat rate delivery fee of £6.99 for UK Next Day Delivery.
  • Orders received before 2 pm, when using the "Next Day Delivery" service, will be dispatched the same day via a next day delivery service.
  • Please note that our couriers do not operate over the weekend.
  • Orders placed before 2 pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm, Saturday, and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
  • All next day delivery parcels require a signature upon receipt.
  • Next day delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses but not to certain areas.

4. Large Nursery Furniture Deliveries - Premium 2 Man (Room of Choice) Furniture Delivery

  • A flat rate delivery fee of £20 applies to mainland UK deliveries.
  • A surcharge is applicable to addresses outside mainland UK.
  • Our specialist 2-Man delivery service delivers to the room of your choice in multi-floor properties (up to 3 flights of stairs).
  • Delivery occurs within 14 days of the order, except for certain postcodes.
  • A valid contact number is required for coordinating dispatch.
  • This service covers 95% of the UK, with exceptions, including Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, and the Channel Islands.

5. Missed Deliveries

  • Ensure someone is available on the agreed delivery date to sign for the parcel(s).
  • We attempt delivery once, and failed deliveries are returned to the sender.
  • Re-delivery may take up to 7-14 days, and re-delivery charges may apply.

  • Inspect parcels for damage upon arrival.
  • If the contents are damaged, sign for the goods as damaged and contact us at sales@tinyhavennursery.com within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Replacements will be provided for damaged items or parts.
  • External packaging may be marked upon arrival.

8. Re-Delivery Charges

  • If a consignment is refused for reasons other than non-conforming goods, re-delivery charges may apply.

9. Couriers

  • Various couriers are used depending on order dimensions and weight.
  • Notification of the assigned carrier will be provided in the confirmation of dispatch email.

10. Further Terms & Conditions

  • We cannot deliver on UK Bank Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • All deliveries require a signature by a person over the age of 18.
  • Items are delivered to the kerbside of the delivery address. Additional lifting is the recipient's responsibility.
  • Loss and damage risk transfer to the recipient upon delivery.
